Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience on similar position like Project Manager, Team Manager (preferable HR Business Partner)
  • Very good written and spoken English (min. B2)
  • Experience in team management (40+ people)
  • Focus on HR-related issues
  • Exposure to information technology or game industry is a strong plus
  • Experience working in service provider / outsourcing companies would be an asset
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Good understanding of motivating and ability to manage employees’ expectations effectively
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude and leadership ability


Key responsibilities:

  • Daily reporting to Studio Director in order to plan resource allocation for Engineering, Art and Production Departments
  • Managing HR- and personel-related topics (new joiners adaptation, career planning, roadmaps management, PR, skill / education planning, promotions and salary change requests)
  • Working 1:1 with individual contributors, their Lead / PM on a regular basis
  • Closely monitoring people’s morale and reporting any issues to project managers, HR and Studio Director
  • Handling administrative issues and providing solutions to mitigate and resolving them effectively, escalating to Studio Director or relevant Department Head when necessary (i.e. Conflict Resolution)
  • Tracking and reporting administrative issues, handling ERP tickets for vacations, overtime, sick leave, allocations. Providing regular reporting on operational topics
  • Managing needs of subordinates related to the organization environment
  • Administrating new job openings, participating in Interviews, making hiring decisions within the approval chain
  • Maintaining internal and external training and certification initiatives; supporting BootCamp / Internship initiatives
  • Contributing to internal communication for Studio / Departments, including organizing regular meetings, team-building activities
  • Serving for team as operational point of contact for other company functions such as HR, Security, Helpdesk, IT, etc.
  • Acting as a Deputy Studio Lead ad hoc during absence of Studio Director
