HR Business Partner Ref. No: 7495

Our Client is a new generation business service provider offering services in IT management area. Currently due to opening new office in Cracow we are looking for candidate who will conduct HR process in collaboration with headquarter.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience on the similar position
  • Experience in collaborationn with the international IT/technical companies would be an asset
  • Professional experience in HR processes administration
  • English on C1 level
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in building effective working relationships with managers and employees
  • Change management and ability to work in the challenging environment
  • Team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Experience in coordination of Visa Processing for non-EU employees would be an asset


Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all aspects of HR administration and supporting foreign managers in whole employee lifecycle
  • Providing on-boarding process for the new employees
  • Supporting recruitment process (by creating job advertising) and building the local talent acquisition strategy together with the business
  • Building strong relationships with the employees and conducting regular surveys
  • Being proactive team player by managing additional activities for the employees (social events etc.)
  • Supporting Visa Processing regarding foreign employees (with non-EU citizenship)
