For our Client, we are looking for the Candidate to join their Business Center in Cracow.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of previous experience in an Employee Lifecycle/HR Administration area
  • Experience in payroll support is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Polish employment laws and HR best practices
  • Very good command of English language
  • Experience with Workday is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


Responsibilities:

As an HR Administrator you will work closely with the HR Business Partners (HRBP), supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role is responsible for the managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding, benefits administration, processing payroll data, offboarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws and supporting in employee relations.

  • Responsibility for HR documentation: preparing employment contracts, employee record and work time record maintenance/updating, occupational medical documentation, sick leaves documentation, issuing referrals, validating employment certificates, handling employee lifecycle events (e.g., promotions and terminations) and ensuring proper documentation
  • Supporting HR BP in the areas of onboarding and offboarding/exit process administration; disciplinary procedures and documentation; payroll administration (collecting and verifying payroll inputs and coordinating with payroll providers)
  • Provide general workplace / office administrative support, including office supply inventory, events and employee benefits programs
  • Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll
  • Provide Workday support for upcoming and future data audits
  • Ensuring compliance with Polish labor law and company policies
  • Supporting the creation and updates of internal HR policies and procedures
  • HR Reporting (e.g. headcount, payroll statistics) and HR metrics monitoring (e.g. turnover, absenteeism)
