For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of: 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in senior HR positions (HR Manager, Head of HR) with strategic support for the company to align HR practices with the business priorities
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience in managing teams
  • Proven track record of collaboration with Board and Senior Management
  • Demonstrable experience with building a human resource department in a growing organization, within the technology industry with a strong focus on customer-centricity
  • Strong experience in building, executing an HR strategy and influencing individuals outside of HR to take action in the best interest of the business and employees
  • Confident in stepping forward to deal with difficult issues
  • Very good knowledge of multiple areas: change management, effective communication, building relations, creating and implementing procedures and solutions in accordance with business needs
  • Ability to have a broad view of team management, both from the operational and strategic levels
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to set and manage priorities
  • Ability to understand various perspectives and to integrate well-being and strategic goals
  • Being proactive and eager to take action, ask for help if needed or escalate issues on time
  • Ability to analyse and review HR data to identify trends
  • Very good command of English 


Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department 
  • Supervising Recruitment Team and processes
  • Provide professional leadership, support and development to HR Team, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met
  • Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed
  • Provide partnership to the business in developing strategic plans of retention and growing top-performing talents in-line with the business priorities
  • Be a pro-active advisor and influencer for Board and Management to develop the “people business”, maintaining healthy relationships across all organisation departments
  • Ensure managers are sufficiently skilled and enabled to access appropriate guidance and information to manage workforce issues
  • Advise and strategise on the development of effective employment policies across the company
  • Ensure that the company complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation
