Over 3 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Travel Management & Procurement - (working for at least 2-3 years inside a Travel Agency would be beneficial)
  • Excellent spoken & written English (C1) – other languages a benefit
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills at various levels of organizations
  • Experience in project and task management, ability to deal with conflicting priorities


Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for all Operating Company’s day to day management of travel administration
  • Analyse and report on compliance/non-compliance to the relevant Travel Policy
  • Provide a central point of all complaints, monthly reviews and follow-up of local action plans
  • Provide a central point of contact for any Business Travel-related questions
  • Retain an operational relationship with the Travel Management Company (TMC)
  • Administer the TMC Portal
  • Organise regular global reviews and obtain feedback from other relevant stakeholders
  • Co-construct of the Group Travel & Meetings Programme (airlines, hotels, etc.)
  • Monitor TMC KPI’s including quality of service, savings achievements
  • Ensure the business travel-related training is prepared and delivered to newcomers
