Requirements:

  • Min. 15 years of professional experience in GBS/SSC/BPO environment
  • Proven experience in leading GBS transformation or advisory
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a track record in large, complex deal-making
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills
  • Innovative mindset with deep knowledge of industry and technology trends
  • Fluent English skills
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a senior leader to drive the next-generation Generative Business Services (GBS) strategy for a global consulting and technology leader. This role is central to developing market-relevant offerings, leading client-facing initiatives, and enabling transformation for key clients across Southern & Central Europe—with global influence.

You will collaborate across business units and partner closely with strategic practices to define a unified vision focused on business value and digital reinvention.

 

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Define and Lead the GBS Offer - shape the integrated GBS value proposition across Finance, Supply Chain, People & Customer Operations, Automation, and more.
  • Drive Innovation and Thought Leadership - promote emerging technologies such as Generative AI and S/4HANA to advance client outcomes and future-proof GBS models.
  • Client Engagement - serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning transformation strategies with measurable business goals.
  • Lead Market Activities - support go-to-market strategy including opportunity creation, proposal development, and strategic deal shaping.
  • Global Offer Alignment - ensure consistency between regional execution and global GBS strategy, driving results across geographies.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador - represent the organization at conferences, analyst briefings, and industry forums, strengthening market presence and credibility.
  • Transform GBS Operating Models - help clients reinvent their shared service structures by integrating technology, optimizing processes, and enabling people transformation.
