Kingfisher has recently opened a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

  • Deep knowledge of General Accounting processes
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in General Accounting area
  • Relevant University degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) or equivalent education
  • Very good spoken & written English (B2)
  • Strong Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
  • Good communication skills as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
  • Knowledge of SAP accounting system


You will be responsible for:

  • Managing KPI/SLA reporting (including calculation and analyses of data, preparation of monthly decks for Tactical Meetings)
  • Supporting preparation of commentaries to KPI/SLA reporting
  • Ensuring timelines and completeness of BS account reconciliations
  • Ensuring timelines and completeness of Internal Controls
  • Ensuring Share point requests are registered correctly, initiating the correction process and tracking the status of corrections
  • Acting as Focal Point of Contact for Kingfisher Group Representatives and FSSC HR team in the area of SAP roles and SAP accesses for GA employees
  • Acting as a Single Point of Contact for KITS in the area of GA issues reported in ServiceNow
  • Cooperating and communicating with GA Team Mangers on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and data analyses are delivered according to agreed timetable
  • Initiating and participating improvements projects within the area of activities under the responsibility (including standardization of processes)
  • Preparing ad hoc analyses based on request
