For our Client who has  a solid track record of delivering greenfield infrastructure projects in multiple sectors and managing them through the full development cycle we atre looking for a Financial Analyst Specialist (working from home)

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree (BA) in finance or economics
• Understanding of and proven experience with financial modeling of renewable energy projects
• Experience in constructing and maintaining complex financial models using MS Excel
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial modeling with a power developer, utility company or financial institution (financing renewable projects)
• Understanding of the economics and financial drivers of renewable energy projects (Solar; Wind; small hydro)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Personal initiative (self-starter)
• Experience in the development of power projects
• Experience with Project (or Leveraged) Finance transactions

Responsibilities & tasks:

• Assist the lead developer in the development of financial plan for the project
• Develop, prepere and maintain pro-forma financial models for projects  in development and performing analysis of project economics with such models
• Feasibility, structuring and evaluation of the financial and financing aspects of a project
• Liaise with finance institutions, commercial banks (both local and international) and othr dept and equity investors for a Projects
• Research and maintain the project development budget and interface
