For our Client, we are looking for a Candidate interested in the role of F&A Automation Solutions Sales & Delivery Head.

Region: Kraków/ Katowice/ Wrocław/ Warszawa/ Poznań/ Gdańsk, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Experience in selling and delivering F&A automation or IT Finance solutions implementation projects
  • Solid knowledge of F&A processes and ability to identify automation opportunities  
  • Good understanding of the market leading F&A automation tools / platforms (Blackline, Trintech, Celonis, Zendesk, HighRadius, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Previous experience in consulting or GBS/SSC/BPO environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Sales and negotiating skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel


Responsibilities:

  • Take a key role in building and running the company go-to-market strategy for F&A automation projects
  • Cooperate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support the sales of F&A automation projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients
  • Identify new business opportunities with our partners and go-to-market teams
  • Develop clear communication and marketing materials that explain the value of F&A automation to potential clients
  • Drive sales by preparing impactful content and showing commercial awareness
  • Design custom solutions combaingin the right mix of technology, process and operating model improvements
  • Lead client meetings and workshops to facilitate the development of a common solution
  • Represent the company at conferences and events to showcase our expertise
  • Oversee delivery of F&A automation projects
