Customer Fulfilment Manager Ref. No: 8109

We are currently looking for a Customer Fulfilment Manager who is responsible for providing outstanding Customer Service by leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Representatives for the EMEA region.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


  • Education: Degree level or relevant business services experience
  • Min. 6 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high performing Customer Service team
  • Fluent in English (C1)
  • Good command of other European languages would be a plus
  • Very good knowledge of order-to-invoice processes and systems
  • Ability to manage complex processes and drive efficiency improvements
  • IT literate (MS office, Power BI, SAP would be an asset)

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team in delivery of defined, best-in-class services for our customers. This covers the end-to-end order process from receipt of the order till delivery of the goods and invoice payment
  • Provide process maturity, standards and transformational leadership for all customer fulfilment and logistics planning and execution activities
  • Collaborate with EMEA Logistics Manager to develop continuous improvement Logistics service
  • Ensure a culture of continuous improvement is developed to drive operational efficiencies and business improvements including the development of talents and motivate associates. Make sure the customer service team is benchmarked against best-in-class leaders
  • Coach customer service Team Leaders on how their work is connected to a broader strategic vision
  • Identify and implement ways to increase overall team performance and efficiency
  • Lead digital initiatives in relation to the activities performed by the team
  • Oversee the Customer Fulfilment operations in Middle East
