Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken German (min. B2/C1)
  • Fluency in English (min. B2)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A logical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
  • Resilience and positive attitude
  • Williness to work on shifts and ability to work under pressure 


Responsibilities:

  • Answering all customer enquiries professionally
  • Making sure accurate fares and times are quoted that best meet customer needs
  • Maintaining company's customer service standards at all times and present a professional and favorable image of company
  • Maximizing direct sales on an individual and team basis 
  • Providing administrative support, completing paperwork accurately
  • Identifying and exploit new direct revenue opportunities
  • Handling refunds within corporate guidelines
  • Contributing towards audit compliance by adhering to all internal audit requirements
  • Supporting and promote tactical campaigns & third party campaigns, created by marketing
  • Ensuring smooth communication and cooperation within the team
