Requirements:
Proficiency in written and spoken English (C1)
High proficiency in French (min. B2)
Excellent communication skills
A logical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
Resilience and positive attitude
Williness to work on shifts and ability to work under pressure
Key responsibilities:
Answer all customer enquiries professionally
Make sure accurate fares and times are quoted that best meet customer needs
Maintain company's customer service standards at all times and present a professional and favorable image of company
Maximize direct sales on an individual and team basis
Provide administrative support, completing paperwork accurately
Identify and exploit new direct revenue opportunities
Handle refunds within corporate guidelines
Contribute towards audit compliance by adhering to all internal audit requirements
Support and promote tactical campaigns & third party campaigns, created by marketing
Ensure smooth communication and cooperation within the team
