  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school with work experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to a demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Customer Focus
  • IT literacy is a must
  • Additional European language – would be an asset


  • Maintain company standards regarding safety and compliance whilst promoting Huntsman’s corporate principals and company values in all aspects of your work
  • Create, maintain and manage timely accurate price, commission, and discount input or special charges according to price sheets, requests, and instructions given by the sales responsible
  • Work in a structured manner based on daily follow up of prices and customer related data proactively searching for exceptions
  • Bring forward ideas to increase efficiency in the back-office activities
  • Pro-actively detect, prevent and resolve issues related to prices and price deviations timely to ensure fully compliant orders, right first-time invoicing and KPI targets are met. Use the appropriate business tools to monitor orders and related exception handlings
  • Use monthly and weekly price reporting effectively as a base for systemized work routine and follow up
  • Provide audit support on the processes and price / master data evidence to ensure compliant audit findings
  • Support the team and Management by performing tasks related to master data checks and resolving inconsistencies
  • Be a team player involved in back up activities of other customer service team members
