Credit Management Specialist with German Ref. No: 8522

For our Client, a major international corporation, we are looking for candidates interested in professional development within the finance field.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and communicative German skills
  • Higher education in the field of economics, international business, accounting, or a related field
  • Professional experience in the financial sector (e.g. banking, insurance, consulting firms)
  • Some hands-on experience in regulatory reporting
  • Familiarity with key regulatory frameworks (CRR, FINREP, COREP, Anacredit) and practical experience using tools like Abacus or BAIS
  • Understanding of banking processes, risk management, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Knowledge of credit risk management, credit file review, rating systems, credit lifecycle, and EBA Guidelines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint / Excel)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, R, C#) will be an asset
  • A structured, proactive, and quality-focused work approach
  • Strong communication skills, openness, and eagerness to learn and grow in an international, collaborative environment


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end credit process for clients and support regulatory reporting frameworks
  • Assist clients in implementing regulations (like MaRisk) and interpreting emerging frameworks (like IReF or BIRD)
  • Analyze credit risk changes and optimize reporting processes to ensure compliance with evolving European regulations
  • Support clients during supervisory audits conducted by ECB, Bundesbank or BaFin
  • Drive digitalization and optimization of credit processes
  • Work hands-on with regulatory reporting tools (Abacus, BAIS) and develop programming skills (Python, R, Excel)
  • Collaborate closely with German Team, building a cross-border network and learning from experts
