Over 3 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Role summary: We are seeking to recruit talented individuals to support the Kingfisher Coupa programme team in the execution of the content and supplier enablement activities across the Source to Pay (S2P) rollout across Europe. The individual will be deployed across a multidisciplinary team in facilitating tactical activities in relation to the content and supplier enablement strategy alongside the implementation partner. The role will involve technical, supplier and business stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities as part of the Coupa project.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the S2P process and technologies (preferably Coupa)
  • Understanding of Supplier invoicing and Purchase Orders requirements
  • Language skills - fluent English and working knowledge of French are required
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and requirements
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality output
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of working within a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong data management skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI and QlikView for reporting
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong planning and organisation skills, having the capability to manage multiple tasks at a given time
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal


Responsibilities:

  • Execution of key content and supplier enablement activities
    • Ability to demonstrate to our suppliers how Coupa works
    • Ability to design & build different content within Coupa
    • Ability to enablement suppliers for different transmission of purchase orders and invoices via Coupa
    • Management of supplier mailbox including sending key communications both internally and externally
  • Perform weekly reporting of progress against the workstream trackers: supplier response rates and escalations, supplier refusals, content build against categories
  • Support in the training activities for end users and suppliers as part of the core strategy, including development of training materials using KPMGs Powered templates
  • Perform ad hoc tasks across the workstream – meeting management, plan review on a weekly basis, follow up on workstream actions and engagement with the relevant project and business stakeholders where required
