For our Client – US IT company –due to the intensive development, we are looking for a candidate for above position.

  • Max. 3-4 years of professional experience in the area of administration, customer service, desk management etc.
  • Professional experience in fast-paced, tech startup and international environment would be an asset
  • Excellent English (C1 level)
  • Being flexible, able to adjust to changing environemnt and resistant to stress
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Consistently produced work with the highest level of attention to detail
  • Consistently deliver high-quality professional customer service to internal and external customers with the ability to be personable and happy to help in a variety of situations
  • Visionary spirit: ability to take the initiative, work independently and accomplish tasks
  • Taking initiative on new tasks with little guidance or oversight
  • Work collaboratively with all other executive admins at headquarters and remote locations to maintain a smoothly working corporate environment

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the directors schedule (including annual and quarterly meetings) 
  • Supporting global teams in administration and business issues
  • Managing some travel and logistics associated with travel
  • Ensuring that individuals understand the team goals independent of their location is crucial to operating successfully
  • Being responsible for basic research to support the business (by internal projects)
  • Submitting expenses monthly, and providing other administrative support as needed
  • Fiscal year budgeting exercises
  • Helping with organization a social and branch meetings for employees
