Requirements:

• 3 years' experience in business analysis role, Business Analysis Certifications (CBAP/CCBA) desirable
• 3 years' business experience with SAP FX -knowledge, All.Fonds desirable
• Understanding of asset administration/financial services industry and accounting
• Experience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation or consulting activities and corresponding data flows
• Ability to act as link between operation people and system/IT requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference
• Knowledge of German of benefit
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio and business analysis too

Responsibilities:

• Main contact for business related changes & initiatives of our SAP platform for Real Estate Fund Accounting All.Fonds and satelites (interfaces between different real estate focused systems and fund accounting Core System
• Xentis) for daily business and projects / platform development
• Business related configurations in SAP and corresponding module All.Fonds
• Setup of business requirements for broader changes
• Coordination with IT and internal stakeholders
• Ensure up-to-date regulatory documentation
• Initiative and support project work focusing on SAP and All.Fonds
• Primary contact for business areas within Department Operations
• Support the process of system Change Request management, including prioritization of requests based on business cases
