Supporting the Accounts Payable offshore teams on managing issues and making improvements
Providing administrative support to the team and supporting trouble shooting with data gathering and analysis
Solving problems and ownership of key vendors
Supporting governance and adherence to SLAs by providing relevant information and data with appropriate analysis
Managing enquires and issues, gathering information and following through with issues
Tracking problems through to resolution to ensure they are being actioned and closed
Identifying process improvements and supporting the team to implement them
Work in the centre of Cracow
