Accountant with Spanish Ref. No: 7599

For our client, an international company, we are looking for a person for the above position.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

  • Knowledge of accounting rules
  • Accounting experience and/ or accounting studies and courses
  • Very good spoken & written English (B2) language skills
  • Very good spoken & written Spanish (B2) language skills will be an asset
  • Good MS Excel knowledge
  • Analytical skills
  • Being able to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
  • Good problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
  • Friendly and supportive company culture

Your area of responsibilities will include:

  • Regular posting of invoices with attention to details
  • Performing three-way matching for company payables
  • Solving of invoice issues including price and quantity differences
  • Preparing calculations and analysing numerical data
  • Cooperating with internal and external clients (in English and/or Spanish)
  • Managing vendor enquiries
  • Analysing and reconciling accounts
