Requirements

• Previous experience in RPA tools e.g. UiPath (preferred), BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE
• Experience in process automation in VBA – nice to have
• Good command of English
• Understanding of business context and functional processes
• Experience in modelling databases in MS Access/SQL/Azure Tables – nice to have
• Experience in managing SharePoint sites – nice to have
• Knowledge of MS Power Platform applications (Power Apps and Power BI) - nice to have
• Very good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to details
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Designing new robotic solutions and documenting it in SDD (Solution Design Document)
• Building processes and objects in UiPath, constantly developing an internal repository of reusable codes ensuring they are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
• Problem-solving issues that arise in day to day building of processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required to the business
• Facilitating Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Assessing and implementing change requests as part of a structured change management process
• Where necessary input into the defect review and resolution process
