Over 4 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of delivering transformation projects, preferably in S2P area
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting processes (Purchase to Pay module)
  • Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Good command of English (at least B2 level)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and use of its formulas
  • Communication skills and ability to deliver results through others
  • Very good stakeholder’s management skills
  • Ability to understand cross-department process flows
  • Strong analytical skills and very good problem solving
  • Experience in working with SAP or Coupa system would be a plus


Responsibilities

  • Support programme team with project management
  • Proactively engaging stakeholders through clear communication, managing their understanding and involvement, delivering results through others
  • Actively demonstrating focus on business requirements and understanding of the end-to-end process
  • Together with the project team ensuring delivery of project objectives
  • Ensuring project documentation is robust and in place
