Project Associate with German Ref. No: 8424

For our international client, we are currently looking for Project Associate with German, supporting technical and engineering projects. 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years in supporting technical and engineering projects
  • Fluency in German (C1 level)
  • Very good English (min. B2 level)
  • Technical educational background would be a strong asset 
  • Very good understanding of project management
  • Ability to build long lasting relationship with the customers
  • Good organization skills
  • Attention to details 
  • Strong experience in MS Office 
  • Working experience in SAP system will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting commercial and logistic processing of OE (original equipment) projects: order verification, pre-planning, order structuring, order entry in SAP, deadline tracking, delivery initiation, invoicing 
  • Coordinating activities with Project Managers, production plants, and shipping points
  • Assisting with pricing, conditions, and offer preparation in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Handling product quality tasks, especially in complaint management: testing, classification, and tracking repairs or replacement deliveries
  • Updating and reconciling project documentation (technical and commercial) with relevant project management, ensuring proper tracking of changes
