Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Min. 3 years of experience in working for IT projects, preferably process automation or data analysis/BI projects
  • Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, BluePrism, Power Automate)
  • Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of VBA or C# or .NET
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
  • General programming skills that allow to build and extend RPA frameworks
  • Good knowledge of IT delivery methods (agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)
  • Previous experience in Reporting or Finance Accounting will be an asset
  • Good organizational skills, flexibility and adaptability
  • Proven attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills


Responsibilities:

The Process Automation Specialist assesses the automation potential and the technical feasibility of automation. He/She translates business requirements, in cooperation with the Business Process Automation Project Lead, into IT requirements. Based on these requirements he/she is responsible in cooperation with other developers to deliver in project work multiplatform automation solutions for the documented business process based on the RPA automation methodology. Before the solution is being set productive the Process Specialist creates the technical description of the solutions and assures that involved Developers are able to deliver these changes in the expected quality as well as a smooth transition to production.

 

  • Proactively search process automation opportunities in supported customer’s organization
  • Advise internal customers about technical solutions that can optimize/automate processes
  • Deliver complex multi-platform tools in multiple technologies, i.e. UiPath, VBA, MS Access, SharePoint, SAP Scripting (GuiXT), other RPA technologies that contribute significantly to organization saving targets
  • When necessary deliver lean documentation of projects implemented in SCRUM
  • Alignment of the Process Definition Document created by a Project Lead to meet business and development requirements (quality assurance)
  • Maintain contact with internal clients
  • Design and conduct workshops and trainings in selected areas of specialization
  • Manage the technical realization of automation projects including Code Review and supervision of testing
  • Provide technical support and trainings for team members
