Requirements:

• Experience in using the HubSpot
• Past experience as  a Web Editor
• Experience coding in HTML for web development
• Knowledge and previous experience of working with Content Management Systems
• Excellent command of the English language
• Experience in the financial industry will be an asset
• Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
• Ability to manage time well and prioritize workload
• Ability to understand technical documents

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Web Editor you will be supporting the team in using the CMS (Hubspot), designing and creating new areas to house ‘hubs’ of content, and supporting digital projects. This is an ideal opportunity for somebody to develop into a key member of our team as we progress.

• Creating and maintaining quality standards across ATFX web editors
• Advocating towards team members on new CMS features, best practices and business processes for updating content
• Checking content, design and style for accuracy and effectiveness
• Troubleshooting issues with layouts, modules or content
• Team support and content updates when necessary on Hubspot
• Conducting ongoing Hubspot editor training session making sure that the team fully capable of executing editorial tasks
• Configuration of processes, workflow, display and user management
• Supporting new hires to help them get familiar with the HubSpot CRM structure
• Supporting the SEO team to develop a global and robust content strategy to drive continued growth of the company
