Continuous Improvement Analyst Ref. No: 7319

Our Client, an international corporation, is opening for its European finance operations, a new SSC in Cracow. We are currently looking for experienced candidates for the position: Continuous Improvement Analyst.


Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and use of its formulas
  • Good command of English (at least B2 level)
  • Experience in working with SAP system would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and very good problem solving (strong attention to details)
  • Communication skills and ability of working in a team environment
  • Incident management skills
  • Good stakeholder’s management skills


Responsibilities:

  • Perform control of data interfaces/flows between systems in order to check data integrity and correctness
  • Perform analysis of identified issues, report incidents to appropriate teams
  • Monitor incidents status and solution
  • Preform analysis of selected financial processes in order to identify inefficiencies and other opportunities of process improvements
  • Participate in building and implementing tools to support work of the team and to improve its efficiency
