Our requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, focus on recruitment and direct/active search
  • English + German min. B2
  • Experience within a SSC environment desirable
  • Excellent sourcing skills (e.g. use of LinkedIn Recruiter) desirable
  • Experience of working in a ‘Direct Sourcing’ environment
  • Social media experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive self-starter willing to actively assume full ownership of assigned roles and project work


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate who would like to be a part of an international team for a challenging and unique recruiting project in Krakow.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Attracting, screening and short listing of candidates for requested positions, using of accessing world class research tools (e.g. Linked-In) and methodologies (e.g. sourcing techniques)
  • Managing and drive end-to-end recruiting process for candidates ensuring full understanding of requirements, timelines and delivering a smooth and positive Candidate Experience
  • Identifying proactive methods of recruitment and continuously looking for new ways to improve sourcing
  • Deploying effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively, managing multiple campaigns
  • Cooperating with managers and recruiters from different continents
  • Producing source activity reports
  • Undertaking market mapping projects
