Requirements:

  • Academic graduate
  • 5+ years of experience in Shared Services in Master Data in large scale, multinational organizations
  • Experience in Process Management
  • Strong background in process automation tools, innovation management and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Fluent English
  • Facilitating and conflict management skills / mediation orientation / change management
  • Focus on decision and implementation
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work
  • Customer orientation and intercultural competence


Responsibilities:

Process Owner LH Group Master Data is accountable for strategy, standardization, definition, improvement, coordination of process execution and performance review.

  • Understands of Group optimum and alignment with Group strategy
  • Management of process related risks
  • Design of product portfolio and services / processes / internal control procedures / IT applications
  • Monitors production to deliver agreed quality (Service level agreements, KPI, compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines)
  • Ensures common process improvement methodology and tools to drive process improvements across centers / enterprises
  • Designs and documents the process across Group to reach Group optimum
  • Defines process KPI´s, SLA’s and process performance management
  • Builds and develops process community, fosters active collaboration
  • Drives standardization of MD processes and content across the LH Group
  • Designs MD according the needs of interfacing processes (e.g. P2P, O2C, R2R, Procurement)
  • Ensures via process definition and interface agreements that MD are complete and of high quality
  • Set-up and maintains an ICS to ensure the correctness of MD and prevents fraudential attacks
  • Reduces process cost and complexity; improves service quality
  • Identifies and drives Group-wide process related projects and is responsible for respective budgets
  • Sets up process related internal control system on a global level
  • Ensures further bundling, automation and shoring of the Master Data process execution
