Wymagania:

  • Graduation and University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Informatics or similar studies
  • Minimum 5 years of international, practical experience in IT project and IT demand management in major, multi-functional organizations
  • Experience in managing of considerable projects, being disciplinary and/ or functional lead
  • Professional specialization in IT Service Management/ITIL
  • Practical experience with ITSM tools and processes
  • Fluency in English
  • Planning and organizational talent
  • Analytical skills and accuracy
  • Problem solving competence, flexibility, capability to define precisely complex situations and issues


Obowiązki:

  • Ensure the proper planning of IT Service Management projects (time, budget, resources) in alignment with business needs and other IT projects
  • Manage ITSM projects on a daily basis: monitor and coordinate project progress, cooperate and align with stakeholders, take responsibility for project results as well as the optimized usage of project resources, ensure proper project and tools documentation, be proactive in case of deviations to ensure  project result
  • Collect, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Support implementation tasks on a hands-on level as needed
  • Coordinate IT processes standardization with focus on centralization and continuous improvement
  • Take responsibility for go-live and stabilization of ITSM processes and tools
  • Maintain and search for improvements of IT Service Catalogue
  • Develop ideas to improve the ITSM processes and tools
  • Provide advice, share experience and look for opportunities to bring organization closer to meet IT Service Management best practices
