HR Senior Administrator Ref. No: 8199

For our Client - international IT company - we are looking for candidates for a position of HR Senior Administrator (B2B contract)

Region: Krakow, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in a similar Human Resource role
  • Work experience should include knowledge of basic human resources, payroll practices, benefits administration, and compliance or other related experience
  • Experience working with HR standard software – i.e., ATS, HRIS
  • Working knowledge of labor laws
  • Understanding of human resources processes and terminology, payroll and benefit processes and procedures, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit procedures
  • Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills. Full professional proficiency in written/spoken English
  • Exceptional analytical aptitude, detail oriented, and highly organized
  • Must maintain highest level of confidentiality


Responsibilities & tasks:

  • End to end transactional HR processes including starters, employee lifecycle changes and leavers
  • Answer employee queries about HR related issues
  • Organize, update, and maintain personnel files
  • Manage and update HR databases Respond to employment verification requests
  • Production of changes to terms and conditions letters and contracts
  • Checking updates on people system and reviewing documentation
  • Point of contact for policy, process and contractual queries from the business
  • Prepares statistical summaries and reports from the HRIS involving payroll information, performance management, demographic data and other employee data, requiring knowledge of the various Human
