For our Client - international IT company - we are looking for candidates for a position of HR Senior Administrator (B2B contract)

Requirements:
At least 5 years relevant experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in a similar Human Resource role
Work experience should include knowledge of basic human resources, payroll practices, benefits administration, and compliance or other related experience
Experience working with HR standard software – i.e., ATS, HRIS
Working knowledge of labor laws
Understanding of human resources processes and terminology, payroll and benefit processes and procedures, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit procedures
Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meeting deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills. Full professional proficiency in written/spoken English
Exceptional analytical aptitude, detail oriented, and highly organized
Must maintain highest level of confidentiality
Responsibilities & tasks:
End to end transactional HR processes including starters, employee lifecycle changes and leavers
Answer employee queries about HR related issues
Organize, update, and maintain personnel files
Manage and update HR databases Respond to employment verification requests
Production of changes to terms and conditions letters and contracts
Checking updates on people system and reviewing documentation
Point of contact for policy, process and contractual queries from the business
Prepares statistical summaries and reports from the HRIS involving payroll information, performance management, demographic data and other employee data, requiring knowledge of the various Human
