What we are looking for?

  • University degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to meet deadlines and reach targets
  • Professional experience in a corporate environment will be an asset
  • Experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) or Transaction Monitoring is not required, as we provide comprehensive training in these areas


What will you be responsible for?

The Financial Crime Department focuses on preventing and detecting financial crimes, with a strong emphasis on anti-money laundering (AML). Our analysts work in two key areas: Know Your Customer (KYC) and Transaction Monitoring. 

KYC involves analyzing client profiles to assess risks in business relationships. 

Transaction Monitoring is about spotting unusual or suspicious financial activity that may require further review. 

By helping clients stay compliant with international regulations, the team supports global financial transparency and security.

Tasks:

  • Learning about how companies prevent financial crimes
  • Performing tasks in accordance with internal procedures, policies and guidelines
  • Searching for information using both company systems and public sources
  • Gathering and analyzing documentation according to the requirements
  • Supporting projects for clients in Poland and abroad
