What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in HR Services in SSC/BPO environment, including experience in process design or improvement
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes across Recruiting and Employee Lifecycle Management, including process dependencies from hiring initiation and talent sourcing through to onboarding
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to efficient, standardized, and scalable solutions
• Very good command of German and English
• Very good knowledge of HR-related systems (such as SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or ServiceNow, recruiting systems)
• Familiarity with process modeling tools, data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to assess risks, evaluate alternatives and take ownership of decisions
• Ability to organize work independently, manage priorities

What you will do:

As an HR Process Architect, you will play a key role in designing efficient, scalable, and future-ready HR processes, driving continuous improvement, and translating business needs into sustainable process and system solutions. Working closely with international stakeholders across HR, business, and IT, you will contribute to HR transformation initiatives that enhance process quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Your tasks:

• Drive the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of Recruitment and Talent Sourcing processes, including the implementation of new tools and systems
• Contribute to the optimization of related Employee Lifecycle processes, particularly the initial stages of the employee journey, from hiring initiation through to onboarding
• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, develop as-is and to-be process models, and design solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and consistency across HR Services
• Develop sustainable end-to-end process concepts and contribute to process roadmaps, ensuring that solutions are scalable, clearly defined, and aligned with business needs and the wider HR transformation agenda
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams to translate business and process needs into concepts and system requirements, supporting the development and enhancement of digital HR solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
• Work with HR operations, project teams, and other stakeholders to support the implementation of process changes, facilitate knowledge transfer, and promote the adoption of new or improved ways of working
• Assess processes from a time, cost, quality, and efficiency perspective, using available data and stakeholder feedback to identify optimization potential and support informed decision-making
• Build effective working relationships across HR, business, and IT functions, ensuring alignment on process design, requirements, priorities, and implementation approaches
