Minimum 5 years of international, practical experience in IT project management in major, multi-functional organizations
Experience with a complex cross system integration SAP projects
Experience in analyzing and translating business / functional requirements
Understanding of process demand and awareness of HR strategy
Good understanding of HR Cloud Solutions will be an asset
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Suite implementation will be an asset

As an HR IT Project Manager you’ll act as driver of the successful HR Systems and Tools implementation. Tasked with making sure that all of our customers are on the right plan for their needs, you’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects and SuccessFactors Implementation Providers for each SuccessFactors Project as you will work on complex IT projects with high impact on business processes and business continuity.
We don’t need you to be an expert at SuccessFactors - but rather, an expert at getting to the bottom of each customer's needs and influencing them to continue investing in SuccessFactors platform as their future HR Tool. You won't necessarily be a data or technical expert but will be keen to get a good understanding of HR Cloud Solutions so that you can talk through product feedback during the project preparation process.
Helping building proofs of concepts for complex use cases focusing on digitalization and standardization of HR experience
Working with SuccessFactors Implementation Partners and Product Managers team to ensure a smooth transition during roll-out projects
Managing the project from first planning stage to go live
Ensuring the proper planning of IT projects (time, budget, resources) in alignment with business needs and other IT projects
Managing IT projects on regular basis inclusive taking countermeasures in case of deviation
Ensuring proper project documentation and project status reporting for Management Board
Ensuring efficient cooperation and alignment with stakeholders in other Lufthansa organizations and locations
