Academic graduate, preferably Business Administration or Psychology
Min. a year of experience in Learning Management
Understanding of demand processes and awareness of Learning Management strategy
Good understanding of Learning Management Systems
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be an asset
Knowledge and experience with data analyses (analysing trends and training booking behaviour)
English fluent in writing and speaking
Great ability to communicate easily ideas with varies stakeholders
Great customer support skills
Very good storytelling skills with the ability to work in virtual teams

Consult Business Partner on learning administration in SuccessFactors including advisory service on the best practices of displaying the Learning Plan in SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
Close cooperate with the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team on developing the best possible solution for the customer service in Learning Management, administrative management and reporting of the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team programs.
Plan and growth the commercial site of training programs in particular:
Proactive screening of future events to optimize occupancy rates,
Cancel events (in coordination with product manager) that are not adequately booked and actively offer rebooking options to participants to other events
Cleans waiting list bookings of learners that have received a place on a training already, and managing this way proactively double-booking
Document concepts for complex use cases focusing on digitalization and standardization of Learning Experience.
Articulate and present your ideas and recommendations to Product Manager
Agree on expectations of reports and create feedback reports and other reports for product evaluation and deliver them on agreed time
Continuously enhance user-experience by e.g. enhancing design and content of registration mails, standardization of displays & processes
Learn, practice, and share with your co-workers through lessons learned, team collaboration, to help improve our collective knowledge and best practices together
Work closely with SuccessFactors IT Team and Product Managers team to ensure a smooth transition of Learning Experience ideas into the Learning system
Creating collateral, documentation, and other technical materials as needed
Troubleshooting problems related to supported Training Programs
Monitoring training demand to assure that additional training needs are addressed in timely manner to Product owner
Correct and timely (tight SLAs) execution of the basic training admin processes per training product (with registration, cancellation, rebooking, enrolment of waitlist candidates, reservation of hotel and classrooms, financial closing and sending certificates and feedback form)
Participant coordination and creating /deliver participant lists for training venue
Support and answer the questions of the participants concerning bookings, cancellations, hotel reservation
Supporting marketing activities by e.g. direct links to events in SuccessFactors
