Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of operations
• Participation in SAP S/4 HANA transformation/implementation as project member or key user
• Experience in business analysis
• Knowledge of Project Management                                              
• Knowledge of Process Management (process improvement, gaining efficiency)
• SAP S/4 HANA knowledge                                                                                                                
• Migration experience will be a plus
• Very good command of English                                                                       
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills) 
• Strong co-operation skills
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work                                                                         
• Customer orientation and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

Assure FI process improvements through heading smaller projects / participating in medium/big size improvement projects and support organization in transformation into SAP S/4 HANA system.

• Group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes

• Support end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation project: process design, testing, implementation, hyper care

• Cooperation with business and technical consultants in the process of implementation
• Develops common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the LGBS customers
• Identifies process related risks, designs Internal Control Systems and process risk management
• Support finance transformation with design, implementation and updating of the Global Process Management Strategy
• As is analysis of current processes and tools
• Transformation roadmap to to-be finance model
• Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
• Defines and develops KPI’s and other Performance Indicators
• Definition of process-specific tools, resources and infrastructure
• Definition of roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
• Ensuring formal process documentation
• Heads projects or initiates and steers projects
• Demand management towards LGBS IT (Translate process change into IT requirements. Preliminary analysis, development of business concepts together with IT)
