This role will provide strategic and business leadership to build and lead the Direct Sales Dyson Business Services organization and process transformation. The goals of the transformation are to design processes with adequate controls that are scalable and efficient to support the future business growth of our organization.
The Direct Sales team are accountable for critical activities maintaining the high integrity of our accounts through strong reconciliation (order to cash) processes and revenue leakage controls for all business to consumer transactions.
In an area of expediential revenue growth a key role is playing a role in business strategy and demands in an ever-changing payments and fraud landscape.
This will involve the development of new technology solutions and business processes to drive quality and efficiency.
