Requirements

  • University degree in IT engineering or equivalent
  • Strong solution architect experiences
  • Knows well common interfacing technologies, web service, protocol, web technology expertise
  • Experience with EDI documents and X12 EDI standards
  • Experience as project manager in technical IT projects
  • Knows SAP interfacing technologies
  • Network, server and interface knowledge
  • Communication in English fluantly / German is a plus
  • Customer-oriented

  • Ability to explain technical aspects simply to the business
  • Independent / Self-reliant

Responsibilities

  • Govern the groups enterprise architecture and consult in application integration projects as solution architect
  • Responsible for the global, existing EAI platform (actually Microsoft BizTalk – new EAI platform in evaluation)
  • Introduce as project lead the new group EAI platform
  • Consult and accompany from conception over development to roll out of new cross-system interfaces on-premise and in the cloud (SAP, MS 365 CRM, CPQ, PIM, DAM, EDI with external partners and customers, other legacy ERP’s within the group, customer portals, webshops, smart factory, industry 4.0 solutions)
  • 2nd level support and assistance to internal and external consultants
  • Responsible for the external interface developments as well as the outsourced platform operations along SLA’s
  • Technical consulting and life-cycle management within the application environment
  • Supports business units in the technical environment worldwide with process optimizations/changes and promotes the harmonization of the same on a global base
  • Creates standards within the application integration environment
