Your German is at min. B2 level
Your English is at B2 level
You are ready to be a part of our great Customer Support team in Lufthansa
You are keen to learn new things
You pay attention to details, have proactive, solution-oriented mindset and analytical skills
You are able to work in the team as well as independently
You already have your first corporate experience, preferably in customer service
Experience in HR, especially in recruitment will be an asset

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support regarding administration of recruitment tool
Communicate and builde a good relationship with our customers
Acknowledge and resolve customer requests
Fulfill requests with accuracy and attention to details in recruitment and ticketing tool
Cooperate with colleagues from team and other departments to provide the best service
Our Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for users support regarding administration of recruitment tool, general 1st level support and documentation processes for the application.
The role requires answering inquiries in respective ticketing tool and sometimes by phone, granting accesses to the tool, answering users’ questions, fulfilling service requests, maintaining process database and documentation and transferring issues to the respective departments.
