Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Information Technology or similar
  • Project management skills
  • Business intelligence skills in the field of procurement
  • Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • German language skills are an added advantage

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be an integral part of the Procurement Performance, Systems and Excellence team of FP/R (Frankfurt). He will support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Procurement IT Roadmap, and the optimization of both legacy and new procurement tools to make the business efficient and effective.

Specifically, he will work on managing the new procurement spend analytics tool. He will support implementing and setting up the new cube, which serves as the foundation for senior management visibility over the external spend of the Group. After implementation, he will be responsible for managing this application. This means he will implement new features, adjust the tool to the needs of the procurement organization, assure the quality of the content and manage the business rules.  

  • Support the implementation project of the new spend analytics tool
  • Maintain the data content and quality by aligning with the procurement organization and SAP systems
  • Manage the IT application(s) from a functional perspective (performance, costs, user acceptance, etc.)
  • Drive the development and implementation of new functions/applications as part of a dedicated functional team
  • Implement specialized reports for the management
  • Collaborate closely with our cluster experts to reveal insights and potentials
  • Align data provision with CoE Data Analytics
  • Direct responsibility for application budget
  •  mplementation with fast and agile dev processes from specification to deployment
  • Working in a cross-functional team including direct interaction with our IT department and data analytics team
