Requirements:

  • Agile Coach experience
  • Experience as a Scrum Master
  • Good functional and technical knowledge of IT systems
  • General knowledge about IT development, maintenance and operations and be able to solve the most demanding problems and build solutions
  • Good IT Security and data protection policies knowledge 
  • General technical knowledge about IT Infrastructure (Servers, databased, firewalls, network, orchestrator, Cloud Infrastructure, etc
  • Good knowledge to train, implement and support less experienced team members
  • Very good English 
  • Very good communication skills
  • Extensive negotiation and diplomacy skills
  • Solution-oriented
  • Risk-awareness and mitigation skills


Responsibilities:

  • Coaching individuals, teams, the program and portfolio layer as well as executive teams
  • Designing Agile/DevOps operating models and blueprints
  • Facilitate training
  • Lead Agile/DevOps transformation teams
  • Responsible for leading one or multiple Scrum teams to implement IT solutions
  • Serve as a liaison for his/her Scrum teams with all the project stakeholders
  • Work with product managers and development teams to assure requirements are captured and recorded using the appropriate agile methodology, such as Scrum, Kanban
  • Work as a Scrum Master within the teams to effectively fulfill project objectives
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Demos and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Support Product Owner in developing, maintaining and grooming Product Backlog
  • Identify and manage dependencies with other internal or external teams
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions
  • Perform development capacity planning and helping in release scheduling
  • Actively manage project risks and issues
  • Prepare project status reports, burndown, and keep management, project sponsors and project stakeholders informed of project status and related issues
  • Change-, Release and Deployment Management
  • Financial and license (subscription) management
  • Acting as a financial budget holder
  • Responsibility for IT governance (security, risk, strategy, architecture)
  • Drive efficiency, productivity and innovation in the respective functional area
