Accounts Receivable Accountant with Spanish Ref. No: 8148

For our Client we are looking for AR Accountant with Spanish, who will work with the Accounts Receivable team in the newly established Business Shared Service Center in Krakow.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or business finance
• Work experience in AR accounting
• Good command of Spanish  (B2)
• Good command of English (B2)
• MS Office skills
• Knowledge of any ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, iScala) will be an asset
• Experience of working in Shared Service Centre/Retained/Outsourced environment will be an asset

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry associated with Accounts Receivable
• Work towards department objectives
• Share the knowledge within AR dept. and contribute in the day-to-day delivery of the Accounts Receivable processes
• Own the process of client billing for revenue
• Create and process credit notes
• Perform Dunning Internal and external query resolution
• Accounts Receivable reporting
• Reconcile the AR balance sheet accounts and define accruals
• Perform timely pay-out Cash application
• Maintain vendor, customer and material master
