Video Editor / Motion design Ref. No: 8347

In this role, you will create high converting video content for use across a variety of channels, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital channels as needed. You will work closely with local marketing teams across our global offices across 12 markets, as well as Digital Center of Expertise teams to deliver a variety of creative assets that meet brand guidelines and project timelines.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of prior experience as a video editor or videographer
  • Proficiency in editing software including as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (and Final Cut Pro)
  • Experience in performing simple 2D animation and Motion graphics
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1) both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills and a real team player
  • Very well organised, strong prioritisation and communication skills; you can effectively manage your workload, clearly express ideas and communicate information and updates to key stakeholders


Responsibilities:

Create digital assets and content for use across email marketing, website, Instagram (Reels, Stories, and In-Feed, as required), and TikTok (as required) that reflect the brand aesthetic.

Video editing and motion graphics: develop high converting video content for use across all channels, including YouTube, websites, paid ads, TikTok and Instagram Reels. 

  • Editing and assembling existing video footage to create engaging and compelling video content 
  • Video editing. You edit footage and cut video sequences to ensure that concepts are translated effectively in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Audio editing. You improve the audio where it is needed.  Plus points if you know some audio design
  • Motion Design. You can create and adjust existing animations in Adobe After Effects
  • Staying updated with industry trends
  • Optimising video content for different platforms and audience preferences
  • Make changes as needed based on stakeholder feedback and brand guidelines in a timely manner
