Transfer Pricing Specialist Ref. No: 8422

For our client, an innovative global FMCG company with 25,000 employees worldwide, we are seeking a Transfer Pricing Specialist to play a key role in financial operations, supporting end-to-end processes across Tax, Statutory Accounting, and Reporting.

This position offers an interesting opportunity to work with both in-house data providers and third-party service providers, ensuring accurate financial data that empowers our Finance teams and the Tax Centre of Excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing or Intercompany Accounting.
  • Strong accounting background, with experience in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation and working with financial data.
  • Experience in tax compliance, statutory reporting, or intercompany transactions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems would be an asset.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Good English with good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and retrieve financial data from multiple systems.
  • Good organizational skills and timeliness.
  • Critical mindset to challenge existing tools and processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, review, and provide timely data to the Tax Managed Service Provider for tax compliance filings.
  • Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Actively search for and extract data from internal systems (accounting expertise required).
  • Ensure correct accounting treatment for intercompany transactions and maintain compliance with tax requirements.
  • Work closely with local Finance teams and Tax Centre of Excellence to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform key processes and controls as part of the Tax Governance Framework to support tax calculations and eliminate errors.
  • Provide data and analysis for external audits, tax compliance filings, and statutory reporting.
  • Support group tax reporting and the preparation of VAT returns, EC Listings, and Intrastat reports.
  • Participate in local, regional, and global finance projects to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
