Team Manager with Spanish (AP) Ref. No: 7404

For Our Client, an international company, we are looking for a person for the above position.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial positions ( especially conected with PtP processes )
  • Experience in team management
  • Master/Bachelor degree (preferably economic or financial studies)
  • Very good command of English and Spanish (min. B2)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to drive and inspire a team
  • Good knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, SAP


Responsibilities:

  • Team management and work organization
  • Active performance of tasks related to the PtP area
  • Preparing the reports
  • Collaboration with other departments, customers and stakeholders
  • Compliance with the timeliness of performed tasks
  • Taking care of the highest quality of services and introducing ideas for improvement
  • Providing support to other team members
  • Taking care of good communication within the team
  • Problem solving
  • Active participation in recruitment processes
  • Experience in process transition will be an asset
