For our Client - international company - we are currently looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in HR, or relevant major
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate, international environment
• Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing channels and screening methods are preferred
• Excellent communication, as well as organizational and time management skills
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment processes together with our Hiring Managers
• Create a positive recruitment and hiring experience for Candidates
• Build a pipeline of candidates for various technology roles, also by active searching in suitable channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Source and deliver qualified candidates to project and business teams
• Suggest and constantly improve sourcing channels to meet business needs and assist in building the local employer brand for Client
• Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring managers
• Take part in diverse projects related to talent acquisition and development area
