Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Hands-on experience applying Systems Engineering principles across the full product development lifecycle, ideally within one or more of the following areas:
    • Automotive electronics
    • Power electronics and motor drive inverters
    • Systems Engineering
  • Strong understanding of requirements engineering, including elicitation, analysis, definition, traceability, and management
  • Experience working with electronic systems, particularly sensors and actuators
  • Understanding of embedded software and/or hardware development processes
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and structured approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively in complex technical environments and solve problems efficiently
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%, domestic and international)

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering
  • Cross-functional engineering knowledge spanning electrical, mechanical, software, testing, or controls engineering
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as Polarion or DOORS
  • Familiarity with SysML and/or MATLAB Simulink for system modeling
  • Experience with automotive electrical systems
  • Background in power electronics hardware and/or software development
  • Knowledge of system analysis and reliability methods such as FMEA or FTA
  • Familiarity with automotive standards and processes, including ASPICE and ISO 26262


Responsibilities:

  •  Lead the end-to-end technical development of system features in collaboration with cross-functional teams, component owners, and customers
  • Define and negotiate the technical requirements, feature scope, and supplier deliverables
  • Contribute to system architecture and drive the development of robust system-level solutions
  • Ensure designs meet quality standards, requirements, and verification coverage expectations
  • Coordinate engineering teams, suppliers, and partners to maintain compliance with internal quality processes throughout development and validation activities
  • Lead technical investigations, trade-off analyses, FMEAs, design reviews, and customer-facing technical discussions
  • Oversee systems engineering activities and ensure timely delivery in line with established SE processes
  • Act as the main technical contact for change requests, issue resolution, and feature-related investigations
  • Collaborate closely with Software, Hardware, and Test teams to support implementation and verification activities
  • Support continuous improvement of systems engineering methods, tools, and development processes
  • Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to best-practice development across teams
  • Mentor and support junior engineers while fostering a strong engineering culture and company values
