Senior Specialist Product Information Management Ref. No: 7547

For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of Senior Specialist Product Information Management. 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in Digital or Product Marketing
  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience: product data management, digital product management or complex content management
  • Excellent knowledge of digital product marketing strategy and tactics: SEO, product landing page design, customer journey design, e-commerce
  • Experience with digital process flows and operational management
  • Expert in data governance tactics: eg metadata, taxonomy and naming conventions
  • Experience with project management as well as coordinating and influencing global cross-functional teams
  • Strong data analytics experience and capabilities.
  • Excellent understanding of excel and powerpoint
  • English fluent

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and IT to define the PIM product backlog, and prioritize features and bugs based on customer experience and business needs
  • Project manage integration projects with applications that need product content
  • Is Client’s Data (PIM) Superuser: provides guidance, governance, and training to content editors
  • Implements data governance model that ensure data quality and consistency across our product portfolio
  • Manages product content translation quality by training users, setting up automated translation workflow and coordinating with translation agency
  • Responsible for the alignment with the different business stakeholders on improvements to our PIM system
  • Collaborates with SEO colleagues to ensure our product content performs optimally on search engines
  • Proactively stays up to date on PIM trends and propose improvements
  • Community management: involve users in improvements, drive adoption and update stakeholders on a regular basis
