Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in Digital Marketing
• Minimum 3-5 years related experience
• Experience with digital marketing strategy and design projects
• Excellent understanding of quality and creative standards for digital assets
• Experience with digital process flows and operational management
• Expert in data governance tactics: eg metadata, taxonomy and naming conventions
• Experience with project management as well as coordinating and influencing global cross-functional teams
• Strong data analytics experience and capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of excel and powerpoint
• English fluent

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and IT to define the DAM product backlog, and prioritize features and bugs based on customer experience and business needs
• Project manage integration projects with applications (e-commerce, training portals, distributor websites, …) that rely on digital assets
• Is Ansell’s DAM Superuser: provides guidance, governance, and training to content editors
• Implements asset governance model that ensures quality and consistency
• Responsible for the alignment with the different business stakeholders on improvements to our PIM system
• Proactively stays up to date on DAM trends and propose improvements
• Community management: involve users in improvements, drive adoption and update stakeholders on a regular basis
• Guides marketing teams in the creation of asset portals for sales colleagues and distributor users
