Our Client is an international engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company operating in the renewable energy sector. They specialize in large-scale energy storage systems and solar projects. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join their team.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience (experience in the renewable energy sector will be an asset)
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Construction Management
  • Expertise in EPC contracts, particularly in solar and battery storage
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills
  • Familiarity with renewable energy market trends and procurement tools
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all procurement activities for large-scale solar and BESS projects
  • Manage relationships with international vendors and develop long-term procurement strategies
  • Lead vendor onboarding, bidding, and contracting processes
  • Develop and implement RFP documentation and procurement plans
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring value creation and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, construction) to meet project goals
  • Supervise the procurement team to ensure efficient processes and compliance
