Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies
  • At least 2 year of professional experience in HR area
  • German min. B2
  • Very good command of MS Office
  • Very good command of the HR- related tools
  • Diligent and systematic approach to work and own initiative
  • Team player
  • Analytical skills and solution orientation
  • Very good Time & task management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent service and customer- oriented
  • Willingness to travel


Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Consultants and HR Experts at LGBS Germany regarding all kind of requests along the employee-life-cycle
  • Take care of ad-hoc or extraordinary requests from LGBS Leadership team (e.g. related to working contracts), tracking of orders, status of orders, placing orders
  • Providing guidance and consultancy from HR law
  • Execute independently standard and complex processes from the area of team responsibility
  • Independently handle calls and e-mails in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain, analyze HR data and prepare internal reports
  • Maintain excellent level of service provided to the customer and takes responsibility for building positive image of LGBS towards customers
  • Understand connections between teams and knows who is responsible for what
  • Actively cooperate with Process Management and supports introductions of new processes
  • Act as buddy/provides complex training to New Hires depending on team assignment
