Requirements:

• You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in projects you implemented Customer Service functionality
• You have experience with global programs and projects
• You have deep knowledge on Salesforce.com B2B Cloud (for example Cloudcraze or knowledge of the new Lightning)
• You have designing and building experience on eCommerce Business to Business and Business to Consumer in Consumer goods companies or services and integrating them to multiple back-end (ERP) solutions
• You have experience on driving DevOps and Solution Integrators Vendors and in colaboration with a Product Owner
• You have very good English skills
• You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing in English): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
• You are a team player and are able to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus

Responsibilities:

The Product Architect (Salesforce) is part of the Product team and is one of the professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. Product Teams are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Product Team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.

The Product Architect (Salesforce) owns the end-to-end architecture for the product. He understands Product Owners needs and converts them into solution architecture specifications in line with overall architectural standards and roadmaps.

 

Within the company a full blown global platform of Salesforce is implemented, the Customer Service, Field Lightening, Salesforce Automation and the B2B module. Each module has a specific Product Team. In this role you will be supporting the B2B product team you need to have experience with implementing B2B lightening/Cloud Craze together with various partners. Also you are very close with you Product Owner and help him/her by challenging and validating proposed solutions by suppliers and business requirements from your internal stakeholders. Also working together with the other Product teams to make sure the E2E experiences are maintained.

 

 Your tasks would include:

• Ensuring consistency of the overall solution
• Working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform/application requirements
• Participating in the selection of new technologies
• Providing guidance and coaching to other product team members on changes throughout the design process
• Managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
• Identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these
• Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluating them for applicability
• Keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge. Being together with team members end-to-end responsible to deliver the value of a single Product through the entire Product life cycle
• Delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero defect culture
• Self-organising with other team members. There is no separate management layer, work is planned and executed by the team
• Ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy and support the Product are embedded in the team
• Being responsible for ensuring the overall company standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance)
• Being a business and technical consultant that is responsible for the design of the product
• Being a dedicated team member that remain assigned to the Product Team over longer periods of time
• Being tech-savvy team member who develops products with innovative elements
• Formulating the architecture & design based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints on the solution
• Collaborating with Domain and Enterprise Architect on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
• Conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifying architectural optimizations
• Verifying the implementation—ensuring the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meet the requirements
